Il software è multilingua con la possibilità di impostare l'italiano come lingua predefinita. L'OC230 è Dual Sim, potrete quindi inserire 2 schede sim e gestirle tramite software senza doverle sostituire manualmente.

Potrete ascoltare la radio grazie al ricevitore FM integrato. E' un vero e proprio media player portatile che vi permetterà di riprodurre Film, Video Clip Musicali, Foto, Musica, Testi etc...

Le comunicazione telefoniche avverranno in modalità viva voce grazie alla funzione Bluetooth integrata. Potrete comunicare tramite l'auricolare bluetooth o direttamente parlando in prossimita del microfono integrato nell' orologio cellulare.

Il CECT OC230 è provvisto di una camera integrata che vi permetterà di girare video e scattare foto con estrema semplicità. E' provvisto della funzione voice recorder che vi permetterà di registrare suoni esterni ambientali.

Il sistema energetico è gestito da una batteria li-ion ricaricabile. La memoria è espandibile grazie allo slot per microsd integrato. E' provvisto delle funzioni avanzate WAP,GPRS,MMS etc...
